Our amazing BRIDGES! What a fantastic effort! Well done everyone!
At the end of Term 2 - Room 6D students paired up and worked on an Inquiry project. They selected their own choice of topic and developed 5 open ended questions of their own choice to investigate. This week, the students presented these to the class. What a terrific job the students have done!
12/3 Orienteering Introduction Today we were introduced to Orienteering. Mrs Lewis from Counties Manukau Orienteering came to put us through a basic Orienteering Course. Later this term, we will take a group of eager Year 6's to Lloyd Elsmore to have a go at a real orienteering course. What a lot of fun!
Today was 'Guide Dog Mufti' - We had a lot of fun supporting 'The Blind Foundation'. We raised a commendable $702.30! Well done Waka! A day out at Water wise was had by all - 20 February - Thank you kindly to all the parents who came along to help. You were amazing too!
